Earthquake Relief Distribution in Helambu, Sindhupalchok

3rd May 2015 MCAF team visited Thalo village, Helambu Sindhupalchok (the most affected area and birth place of our Vice President Jeevan Lama) with some relief materials to distribute and observe the situation there to make a long term re-settlement plan in association with the local organisation 'Thalo Youth Club'. We distributed the relief material to some severly affected people on the way and ditributed the remainings to all thalo villagers. The team took a tour around the village observing all the destructions and discussed with the villagers about the fulfilment of their basic needs and future plans for the re-settlement of a new Thalo Village. While returning back to Kathmandu we taken the 2 severly injured people of the village to Hospital in Kathmandu and managed free treatment there.
We are looking for more help from you generous people from all over the world to recovery our community.
Thank you all for your continual support.
